like, the outer boundaries of the castle were cliff sides and waterfalls, so each "area" was still enclosed, there was no going OoB. it was a very surreal, early Tomb Raider vibe for the outdoors. there was a specific aesthetic for indoors too, but I couldn't place it. maybe Kirby Air Ride?

the weirdest part was that I could detach from my body and view a real-time map of locales I'd explored - not unlike how it works in-game - but that was when I was most at risk of capture. EXCEPT when I was in the map, I couldn't see the jumpscare because I was like astrally projecting I guess lmao

I was Sybil Pseudoregalia, and I was actively dream hopping, except I couldn't fight, and when I was caught by a figment of a nightmare, I had to start over a la jumpscare. it effectively just expanded upon the map with tons of new, surreal locales. I wish I could've explored more of them :c

dream one was weird. for some reason I was traveling somewhere, but halfway through, one of my connecting flights leaked and got compromised, so I had to figure out an alternative flight. highlights include visiting random malls attached to the connecting airports
