And it doesn't affect the time that much either. We are talking less than 30 seconds most of the time. We are not going for a PR every run. 30 seconds is nothing.
I've heard of ppl say why are you running, is there a bear chasing you, I think this shirt would give them a panic attack!
I personally almost never pause. Stoplight, shoe tieing, or even a quick casual convo with a jogger doesn't get a pause. I want to know what I can do by effort, and if I stop, I get rest.
