The place was buzzing with energy - a fantastic afternoon of joy..positive, uplifting and nostalgic.

Even got a chance to have quick chat and selfie with Bob Gale who was sat behind me. 😂

So pleased...I know it's hardly Aquaman pace but I beat my PB by over 2 1/2 mins.
