That's true Jay! We used to have different files in this repo related for a specific service. And all the extra and small funcs used to be in misc file of the repo.

In my experience, at one of my jobs my team had a 'lib' repo. Any go code that could be resused was put here.
That practice was very helpful among our team!

Self Hosted Github or Gitlab Runners are the best option to setup a CI.

All the other tools are either annoying, insecure or both.
