So all I am saying if someone knows any of the Latino Spanish dialects, they’ll get ahead and besides although Spanish also has formalities like Japanese, they also come with the mindset of trying to say more with using less words.

It sort of helps to come with a mindset of dialect. I feel like a language like English has very little differences compared to different regions and Spanish has major differences per region. Especially Mexican Spanish. Japan also has city dialect vs country dialect from what I heard.
