It is hard to get Americans to vote. You’ve got to convince them, it has to not be raining, and the wait needs to be short. People have other things they had to not do so they could go vote.

Imagine you’re a conservative who was against higher taxes and for free markets last week but are now for higher taxes to fund the government and against those terrible markets taking advantage of us. Would you be worried about people noticing your lack of values?
