Reflecting on Earth Day yesterday, I'm proud of how Sandy Springs embraces sustainability. From our parks and green spaces to city efforts in recycling and energy efficiency. It’s more than a goal here. It’s a way of life as we work toward a cleaner, greener future. 🌍

Don’t post the entire list online! But yeah, I’ve never had to retry my card at DigiKey.

To the guy that stole my credit card today, you have terrible taste and that's why my bank declined your charges so fast.

The tools are out there to self publish. Whether it’s Substack or self hosting, depending on the effort you’re willing to put in. Ask any friendly software or tech person and you can get to controlling your own content quickly and easily.

I don’t know why I need to point this out,

It is hard to get Americans to vote. You’ve got to convince them, it has to not be raining, and the wait needs to be short. People have other things they had to not do so they could go vote.

Acting like a lot of non-citizens are doing this is weird.

Imagine you’re a conservative who was against higher taxes and for free markets last week but are now for higher taxes to fund the government and against those terrible markets taking advantage of us. Would you be worried about people noticing your lack of values?

Sounded like you were teaching class there! Though I do wonder how many times this committee has had a “hooker” discussed on the record.

After a DevNexus of positive presentations, Baruch Sadogursky closed it with a presentation on Enshitification! And why everything is horrible. Thank you for the reality check.

Are SBOMs a thing all software teams do? Or is it just security marketing? A few random people I asked at DevNexus were unsure.

It’s not difficult and seems nice at least.
