Procreate Dreams; you can use it like non linear video editor and overlay drawings and graphics from procreate (like class diagrams); it’s not just for traditional animation. There’s almost nothing else as good in the same price range afaik. (Need an iPad tho)

…but *in general*, yes, it’s working as intended. When you work with UE5 and C++, generally “play” launches a new copy of the editor, unless you’re using hot reload. In unreal the “game” and the “editor” are the same process.
