I made this last night for a larger dinner (about 30 people) but this recipe is the original. It is super easy (in fact, I lied, my 19 year old actually made this last night, whilst helping me cook for an event)

I’ve been approached SO MANY times by people trying to recruit me, disguised as starting your own business, making life better, many variations of what is actually manipulating to join a pyramid scheme where most people don’t actually make that much money…

Managed to write a blog post and it’s about that old favourite, MLM’s or multi level marketing scams, ahem, sorry, schemes.
You won’t find me joining one. Ever!

Pet insurance is absolutely non negotiable for us. And personally (and I know this is going to bring opinions) it’s irresponsible to own any animal that will need medical veterinary care and not have a financial plan for that.

when you have someone in the house turning 19 and she has requested my famous gluten free chocolate brownies (she has coeliac disease) I’m not going to say no…
Dairy free chocolate truffles? It can be done. Being married to someone who has a dairy allergy and the mum of someone too, means that finding recipes that work for us is a big deal.

I love this time of the year and being able to completely justify making soup. This dairy free pumpkin soup is a family favourite and is a great way to use up pumpkin flesh too. You can also make it with any kind of squash, or butternut, as well.

With Halloween looming and pumpkins a plenty, or you just like this time of year and love eating pumpkin, then why not roast the seeds?
They make a delicious and healthy snack and are one bit of a pumpkin you can definitely use and reduce food waste.

I’m not a fan of thin pancakes and prefer fluffier American style instead. Because we have a coeliac in our house, I make them #glutenfree

I’m still not completely ok with going through photos of my Dad, yet. However this gem of my mum and me, in Thailand, is 👌 I was in the Thai version of Bluebirds, which was what Brownies and Guides were when I was there as a child. I need to go see if I can clean this photo up and print it…
We don’t eat macaroni cheese often in our house because of dairy allergies and coeliac disease. But I do have a recipe I pull out occasionally for work or when I cook for someone and they need comfort food. thisadhdmum.com/my-tried-and...
I do have a gluten free recipe too, which I will share later.
I don’t think anyone likes the stomach bug, but for me, it’s incredibly triggering and makes me anxious beyond what is normal.
