When I majored in 3D modeling, that’s kind of a large part of what we did. Modeling I was mostly real objects, modeling II was pulling some random illustrations off the internet and try our best to model it 1:1, then our capstone was taking different elements from everywhere to make an original.
That was our summer reading for freshman year of high school, it was TOUGH!
I rearranged my studio to make space for my slab roller, but I’m starting to second guess everything because it’s still a big mess I need to find places to put things 😭 I hope one day I can have a studio bigger than a small bedroom

Got a bunch of mugs painted tonight 😮💨 this is legit the fastest I’ve ever worked to get a collection done. On Friday my friend asked if I wanted to participate in a market the following Friday (Valentine’s Day). I hope they don’t crack or explode in the kiln. Wish me luck! 🍀 #ceramics #pottery

My mom reminded me I can renew my passport and live in Japan as a Japanese National, and with the way things are going maybe I should 😬
Getting a new Japanese passport is complicated though because you have to get a fresh copy of your family registry from your village/town within 90 days of applying

Cooking up something new, making a drape mold form on my 3D printer for a glasses tray. My glasses are always scratched up because I throw them on my nightstand 😭 once it’s done I’ll roll out a slab of clay and test it out!
