New city, new hotel, quieter fridge that is farther from the bed. Let's see if I sleep as well as I did with all that noise.

Okay I caught myself in a lie. Social media is for public consumption.
I've got other aspirations I'd like to work toward, though. And a year off of social media likely wouldn't hurt.
My inbox needs to die.
I've never done anything for public consumption, and I really want to, so either I would use that time building the skills or I would travel the world visiting distant friends I haven't seen in a long time (or ever, as is the case with some Internet friends.)
Damn this question cuts to the quick.
I don't at the moment have any answer. I need to think about why that is, and then find some.
Ugh that's awful, I'm so sorry!
Second time visiting Boston and I'm again gobsmacked that a city founded before cars existed can be so damned hostile to pedestrians.
It's 28 F and I need layers. Many many layers which I do not have with me.
I did not bring clothes for this.
Why is it 28 degrees outside?
I'm making one last push to let people know about this online talk -- sponsored by the British Library in conjunction with their current exhibition on fairy tales. The live stream starts at 7:30 tonight, but if you buy a ticket *before* the event you can watch it any time over the next 7 days.
Silver linings: this is my first tick ever, as far as I recall. And I caught it within a few hours.
But yeah yuck yuck yuck!
Good point!
Yeah, that's parents for you.
I half watched this movie years ago where everyone is on some kind of life-timer, and a girl begged folks on a bus for just a few minutes. Everyone ignored her or actively looked away. She ended up dying moments before she could be saved.
I feel that every day lately.
Please don't look away?
Nature hates me. It was 43 degrees and occasionally flinging snow pebbles today, and somehow I managed to get a tick 🙄
Yeah, I'll have to see someone I guess. I think I've identified it as a dog tick, which doesn't carry Lyme, though it can have other things. Also it wasn't embedded, which seems like probably means the risk of infection is much lower.

Hey guys I just pulled this out of my scalp how much do I need to worry? #tick #HudsonValley
I wonder if your doctor might suggest reducing the dose? I'm someone who usually winds up on the lowest dose of a drug, or even half a pill of the lowest dose.
I'm glad your mood is better!

That seems bad.
I'll keep my eyes open for that, you never know. Any size preference?
So full of love and care! 😽
I need to make a list of places that reliably sell single-serve ice cream bars. I now know that CVS is not on that list.
Ugh I hope you get relief soon!
I suppose technically you weren't wrong that it was disconnected...
I'm going to have to put this on hold because I know what it's about. RIP Hunter S Thomcat. 💔❤️❤️❤️
Love to you, Jenny, and your family. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
