Hot take: the Netherlands this year kinda sucks. Lyrics (which are also not great) aside, melodically is quite similar to Love Love Peace Peace and Zauvijek Moja (Serbia&Montenegro 2005). Just listen to the choruses of all three songs. The fact this is a contender for the crown is crazy to me😭
I think the odds pages ruin a much needed element of surprise. That partly applies to the Eurovision Scoreboard as well, though I don't think its effect is as grand. The beauty of Eurovision (for me) is not knowing who's gonna take it in the end.

Cha cha cha is one of my favorite Eurovision entries ever, you can imagine my disappointment when Kaarija lost. I feel as though we might have a repeat of that scenario this year, in 2024 it was Swi vs Cro, and now i suppose it's gonna be Austria vs Sweden that is, jury vs televote for the 3rd time
My main reason for disliking Mans is precisely what you mentioned, why do we need previous winners back in the contest? Their moment of glory, fame and attention has already happened, it's very unnecessary for them to compete again. On top of that, he's a sore loser.

One of the leaders of their pack, Elon Musk himself, openly reposts and replies to fake news reports and articles, which is extremely embarrassing but also deeply concerning. Having such a huge audience yet not caring about integrity and honesty, but rather pushing your own agenda is deranged
Exactly! They very much created their own echo chamber which to them is fine, normal and completely rational but this other adjacent echo chamber sucks and should not exist. The hypocrisy is comical. Not to mention the fact that they thrive on misinformation and love being mad at things they made up
It's funny how the ppl who accuse this app of being an echo chamber are the same ppl who always refuse to understand any criticism coming from the left side
There's a huge overlap between right wingers and Christians, yet the former fail to embody some most basic and important Christian values which are empathy and compassion, I'll always be liberal if it means not siding with some of the most hypocritical ppl in existence
