Every now and then I think about the possibility of expanding To The Trenches to other platforms.
Yeah there's Steam and Itch, but one that has recently caught my attention is @gx.games

[ NEW FEATURES ]
- The USA has joined the war
- Platoon Officers are now available
- Mortar Team Ability available to unlock
- Strafing Run Ability available to unlock
- Shock and Shatter Perk available to unlock which gives shellshock debuff
- New Ability Selector
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly missions now available
- Units can now use melee attacks

[ HALLOWEEN EVENT ]
- Halloween Event is going on until November 5th.
- Halloween Event now available to all players
- Vampires and Werewolves have joined the Halloween Roster
- Halloween Factions now have Armored Vehicles
- Halloween Achievements available to earn during event
- Halloween Survival Mode

[ TWEAKS ]
- Adjusted stat recording to provide more accurate numbers

- New Battlefield type
--- The war makes its way to peaceful farmlands and trainyards
- Platoon Officers will receive an information screen, detailing their traits, deployment status and accomplishments.
- Ability to edit your Commander with earned cosmetics.

The team has really outdone themselves with this update. To The Trenches looks incredible with the enhanced Lighting and FX system. The new achievement system and career room lets players earn and showoff their accolades! 🎖️

If I wasn’t so consumed with development, I would have flown in from the USA and experienced the event!

Replaced the spawner buttons with a Drag-n-Drop system. Was able to remove 5 objects with a much more maintainable and interactive process.

Have been using GameMaker for the last 5 years.

Last year I started playing with Godot and have made some promising prototypes.

My next production title will be with GameMaker again, but I hope to release a Godot title in the near future!

Made a first iteration mana + mana regen system. Now units cost per summon as well.

I only had 30 minutes to work on this today, so it ain’t much, but it’s an honest feature 😅
