Today our solar has already produced and exported over 40kWh of free energy to the grid and none of it passed through the Straight of Hormuz.
This pricing model is set to change soon and could be huge for the UK market ๐ค

3 x 200m sprints at 400m pace (26.6 sec). First race in 12 days, so it's good to train the legs at race pace. Add in some running spikes, starting blocks and race adrenaline and I should be flying! #running #sprinting #athletics

Setting up for a floating sprint session. Start at blue, push on red, maintain on yellow cones. This is effectively run flat out and then go even faster. Great way to increase top speed. We'll aim to do 6 of these #running #sprinting #athletics
