For our #democracy, recent statistic @pbsnews.org @pbs.org. I grew us as a fiscal balance budget deficit hawk conservative. Trump and the MAGA Republicans care nothing about our federal deficit and debt. Their tax cuts for the wealthy and decimating federal services are only making things WORSE!

For #ClimateAction, I charged my wife’s Hyundai Ioniq 6 EV for the first time by myself today. It is so wonderful to use a car that does NOT require fossil fuels, oil & gasoline, for energy. Even more, this EV does NOT pollute the air and does NOT contribute to #climatechange when it is driven.

I stumbled across a ground breaking ceremony for a new fire station in Welches, Oregon last Saturday. Afterwards, I asked the firefighters the wrong question: ‘What are you going to do with those fancy gold shovels used in the ceremony?’ The fireman handed one to me and said, ‘Here! It’s yours!’

Crater Lake sets a grim new record Oregon saw one of the warmest winters in recorded history this year.

For #ClimateAction, Crater Lake just set a new record low for their annual snowpack. Seeing the snowpack diminish when I worked seasonally there for 25 years (1992-2017) motivated me to be a full time #climate and #democracy organizer. Let's step up our game to reduce the threat of #climatechange.
