Die Täterarbeit richtet sich vor allem an Männer. Es gibt aber auch Frauen, die - vor allem, wenn sie selbst aus gewaltvollen Strukturen kommen oder unter enormem psychischen Druck stehen - Gewalt anwenden, oft gegen ihre Kinder. Die suchen sich allerdings auch eher mal Hilfe.

Es ist gut, dass jemand so klar und deutlich ausspricht, wer die Gewalt gegen Frauen verursacht. Noch besser wäre es mMn zu sagen, was Männer tun können, um nicht Täter zu werden / zu bleiben. Genau da setzt Täterprävention an. Wir können aus der Gewaltspirale aussteigen. Es ist nicht unumkehrbar.
