Ugh - that sucks. Ours was a TCL - quality probably varies a lot between brands.

Our Roku TV was fine at first, then as the software got fancier while the hardware stayed the same, we saw performance start to degrade. So, we just picked up a Roku Streaming Stick for $50 and plugged it into a free HDMI port on the TV. Now it's working great again!
