This season really has a complety different, fun atmosphere to the middling seasons.

If you're willing to do one or two episodes I always recommend ep 42 & 43 its a Kanto two parter marking the return of Brock n Misty, they're really great episodes. (Or 28 thats the baseball ep, its just so fun)

Have you given the Sun and Moon season a try? (JP Subbed, the English version changes the music and butchers the jokes)

I've always thought that season and Odd Hustle were cut from the same cloth, similar art direction and character writing.
I know the other seasons you wouldn't like but

This series is so frustrating, but it has Dot who is my favorite anipoke character ever, everything they do with Dot and Quaxly is amazing but omg does it drive my insane how they choose to sideline or not even include Quaxly, a new starter, in stuff, it's why I didn't even watch the show at first
