Very much convinced that that Richard Hannania guy is a rapist and a pedophile, because why else would anyone go so hard to bat for Epstein?

There is no justification for this, no matter what you think of Maduro or whatever, this is an illegal act of unprovoked war against a sovereign nation by a fascist power. End of discussion.

A friend of mine told me that a cousin of his had at some point attempted to train an AI model with the sole purpose of undressing people.

We need to start beating people with sticks the moment they feel comfortable enough to admit this shit.

Happy New Year to the oomfs, the moots, and anyone that sees this.

Mixed bag of the year, but I got some personal projects off the ground and tried a lot of new things.

Will try to be more active with posting art, writing, and updating my blog.

My first #WeeklyPixels entry and last piece of art for the year!

The theme was Ducks, so I made the really big one from Regular Show.

An array of six personal weapons designed in a retro sci-fi style, with wood and brass and chrome and coils and whatnot.
The first gun is a loooong rail gun. It has a wooden moukala butt stock with copper wire decorations, while the rest of the gun's body is bronze and chrome with 28 copper coils arranged on its sides. It has a cog-toothed lever action and many scope lenses.
The second gun is a Whitney Wolverine pistol with a heat-colored chrome finish and brass slotted grip slabs. The serrations on the slide are cut following flowing organic lines reminiscent of a mackerel's stripes.
The third weapon is a truncheon with its grip shaped like a knuckle duster and its head being made of a ribbed glass electric insulator capped with a large bolt cap.
The fourth gun (ignore the numbering system switching from gun to weapon and back) is a short bolt action carbine with another ribbed insulator used as a forend. The glass for these is a nice deep green. The bolt action is that of a Liégeoise 1888 rifle, whereas the stock around it has been modified to have a semi pistol grip as well as a target rifle hand rest right in front of the forend. The brass fittings have strange bubbly shapes, and the front sight blade has a very tall swept figure.
The fifth gun is a machine pistol of sorts with a fixed brass skeleton stock emerging from a cut out slot in the grip slabs and being held onto the gun with the same screws, and its frame houses a copper coil like that from an alcohol still. The gun's frame itself is chrome plated with a rear bustle and a straight grip like a Borchardt 1893 pistol, with a couple of bronze recoil compensator fitted end to end featuring helicoidal grooves.
The last gun is boxy four-barreled break action shotgun, with all four barrels held in a square cluster and heavily discolored at the muzzle. The stock features a knob and a large copper speaker.

Welp, between the end of my semester and two companies I respect pushing for GenAI (Larian and Sandfall, the latter of whom had generated assets in the final product) I guess there's no better time to try my hand at art again than now?

Read Gene Park's article for WaPo and I 100% agree that TGA needs to get better with defining and creating categories.

Catch-alls and loosely defined terms such as "indie" or "RPG" are detrimental to the show, and yet there are so many awards that are built on those terms.

Here's some TGA counter-progamming if you'd like, a sick thread about cool indie games.

I vow in 2026 to force myself to catch up on a bunch of these.

Ooooh I should do my little Game Awards opinion piece on my blog after the semester is done.
