The inventory erasing was apparently MCCC related. I hope you had backups because losing all that progress really bites.

🧵 Yesterday an issue cropped up, where all inventories in The Sims 4 are getting deleted. It turns out, it's an outdated version of MCCC causing the problems.

- Backup your saves
- Test any bugs on vanilla (only resource.cfg in mods)

Sure, but now they have very clearly stated that they will fix the most voted bugs. I get that but I would rather they fix the most game breaking ones. And the bug forum is not that easy to use, even for me that's been using it a LONG time.
