I have found, and I have shared with friends and had some of them confirm, that a dropper full of motherwort extract tincture can often (not always) reduce the brain fog sensations and impairment for about an hour. It may be dependant upon which cytokines are driving neuroinflammation and "fog". 🤷

Maybe you missed the part about why others are *retaliating* against Israel.
