okay y'all, based on feedback I redid a lot of the functions of the controls menu! This SHOULD make it better (and faster) for tournament play!

Adjusted Dimitri's crouch beta, instead of being a combo ender it can now ground bounce, or be followed up with by an otg!

This was suggested by someone in the discord, and I think it's a great idea! (Dimitri still has jump beta for a powerful combo ender regardless!)

Okay. Hopefully this'll be the last netcode fix, but I've fixed some online functions mostly related to Amber.

If you were having problems when playing Amber online, it should be a lot better now!

Added shelving and crates, and a better wall texture! Lookin good already!

Finishing up for the day, the rough room layout with the vault door on the left and the broken wall on the right is done!

Still need to furnish everything as well as make the outside stuff, but considering this is still Day 1 of making the stage I think it's good progress!
