And the spamming/scamming continues, it's really time to start investigating Luma.

After reading many posts and comments saying that Claude is becoming dumber, I can affirm that I also feel, in fact, that Claude is becoming dumber.

Last week I gave the closing Keynote at ING's frontend summit. I've been building communities for over 10 years and for me the whole AI craze isn't about tech. It's about how much energy is creates in people, seeing them build stuff for fun, challenge each other. People are awesome, and humbling.

Honored to be able to help open Voxxed Days Amsterdam with my good friend Soham Dasgupta today ❀️. It feels great being able to introduce on stage folks we’ve read the papers of a few months back. Thanks for the opportunity Ko Turk 😊.

I for one do appreciate how agentic development helps iterate and experiment faster. But I also can't help but see the reliability and performance of the major players on the market go down noticeably. PRoved by numbers. Are we collectively decided to forget about quality and performance?

And I love that their policy is "have a problem? Contact the seller, he has no clue and we won't help you". That's just great....

This "Courier has delivered your package but actually hasn't delivered it" situation is getting out of control or is it just me?

Only difference now is I've got cameras at the house so I know you never showed up buddy..
My 3d printer has apparently arrived today and I'm gone for the weekend now..

Today is a big day 😊

As a big time Kotlin user, it was definitely worth it. That being said, even my stack has changed lately. Started defaulting to Typescript, there's so much more training data for it

I wouldn't like to be an "heavy" IDE company in the coming years. I've always been a huge fan of JetBrains and IntelliJ. Paid for my own licenses for years. I'm still "coding" every day, but with the help of agents just realized I haven't actually opened IntelliJ in a month... VSCode is just enough

Looks like I've let AI go BRRR by itself for over a day by now. Still having a lot of fun with Maestro, and finally found a way to have the time to build my side projects AND workout ^^. Give it a try!

Supermarkets be like :
* Look, self-checkout, much convenience and speed!!
* more self-checkout, less employees. More $!
* Inflation much, pricesπŸ“ˆ!
* Prices too high, people are stealing!
* Self-checkout cashier random checks half the time!

Me : More work, more checks, prices up. Loving it!

This is legit the most seducing onboarding strategy I've seen in the few years. Very following The good folks at Kilo Code for a little while already because of the stellar team they have.
This is next level :). Talk to you soon Emilie

Curiosity is the first-step in problem solving. Despite my best efforts, I have been wrong a lot over the years. I’ve been wrong about technology patterns (in 2014, I thought microservices would take over the world), I’ve been wrong about management techniques (I used to think systems thinking was the ultimate technique, but I’ve seen so many mistakes rooted in over-reliance on systems thinking), and a bunch of other stuff as well. Early on, I spent a lot of time thinking about how to be wrong less frequently. That’s a noble endeavor, and one I still aim to improve at today. However, a lot of the problems you encounter later in your career are deeply ambiguous, and it simply isn’t possible to eliminate bad outcomes. Some examples of this are:

A great quote for today : "As a result, these days I spend far more time thinking about how to make being wrong cheap rather than how to avoid being wrong."
