Day 21: A Cover Version
Tom Robinson: Rikki Don't Lose That Number
Cover of the Steely Dan song. A tiny hint of Bowie in some of the vocals

Day 21. A song with syncopation
Police: Roxanne
I saw them at my local club in 1977. They were actually booed off stage!

Day 20: Something Hard to Lift
Beatles: Long and Winding Road
It might be difficult, but the long and winding road has to be confronted. It cannot be moved out of the way.

Kate Bush: Violin
Kate Bush has always intrigued me. Catchy music, lyrics that have many interpretations and dance moves that I can watch all day

Day 19. A song that gives you Chills
Kate Bush: This Women's Work.
I wish that I had written this as well as acting in and directing the video. Faultless.

Maybe I need to listen more routinely, as I honestly haven't picked that up. She is very BBC, but I guess that is her training and history. Many thanks for expanding on your views. I will take more heed of her responses when I am listening.
I don't see that. Why do you think that is? I don't listen to her religiously, but will tune in for 30 mins or so, whilst I am having a coffee.
Bit of an odd comment about OBrien. I think he is trying to remain calm, clear and objective. Is that called "pearl clutching?". Sheila remains value for money, but I agree about the rest. Oddly and it is odd for me, I have started listening to classical music between 7 am and 10 am.
Simply Iconic

Long time no play. 1980's production, but still representative of the Collins era. I need to play his back catalogue much more often
