These days, likely PSA 1.5-2 for its corner wear and border marks. It used to be easier for this kind of wear to be VG 3 when the player image remained clear. Feels like PSA is tough on borders more now.

I wrote this thread last year about how Ken Griffey Jr was instrumental in Jackie Robinson Day. This year, like every year, MLB will celebrate itself for Jackie overcoming the racism they themselves instituted. But wearing 42 was a player-led movement that honored him as a human and THAT matters.

LRT: I've lived in MA for 25+ years because friends at @hampshirecollege.bsky.social told me how great it was to be there. I put them to the test by moving to Northampton for six months to see if they were overstating things. Nope! Hampshire is great and it shaped me also, even by proximity alone.
