A good thing to do if you are flailing a bit right now (as who is not??) is to get in touch with your own values, the things that you find life affirming and necessary in the world. Read some inspiring works about things you value - labor solidarity, scientific achievement, social justice.

The more you say that, the more popular you’re gonna get. 🤭

It only took one week on here for some dude to back channel me “hey beautiful… what’s up?”This is the main reason I want friends only options… Also… where are the menopause threads at? Asking for a friend.

Yeah I saw that yesterday and I closed it all and went back to Pages. But I know that’s just hamstering. “How are you doing today?” “ Hamstering”. My new answer.

I found all of these in Nicaragua on the beach and was told by local activists I could pick them up and bring home because none of these are even close to being endangered. They give me hope to look at every morning. We are small grains of sand in a very very big world.

Embodied breaks and art practices and art making are not frivolous or reserved for elites. Come find out what your unconscious craves. Take a small risk, try something new, support a good cause… these things translate to so much more in every day life. A baby step towards your heart is resistance.
