This didn’t happen to me, I just watched it happen to someone else. But still. That is truly crazy.

I cannot believe this needs to be said, but ghosting an artist after you paid them over a year ago, then requesting a refund OVER A YEAR LATER when they’ve already spent hours on your work and have reached out dozens of times with WIPS and questions is INSANE.

I think it’s delicious. But even as a kid I would eat stuff most people considered to be “for old people” because my grandparents raised me lol so maybe I’m not the best one to answer this 😂 but yeah I love it idc

Yep and it’s UVA so I’m sure they’d do that. My mistake, I was half asleep when I wrote that comment and didn’t realize he had such a large estate she needed to worry about- I didn’t know he was on the deed of the house, didn’t know he still legally owned FA, etc.

I didn’t know he still owned FA (was under the impression that he didn’t legally own it until he paid off his balance to IMVU, which was my bad) and I also didn’t know other folks lived in his house, either. 😔 My mistake. Didn’t realize he had such a large estate. They’d def try to take that.

My family was always so poor that there WAS no estate. So when folks passed, we wouldn’t bother paying their medical bills- we had nothing for them to collect on. And medical debt isn’t transferable, so we didn’t worry about it.

But yeah, she’s got a whole estate to worry about. So it makes sense.

You’re right, they 100% can. And being that it’s UVA, I’m sure they will if she doesn’t pay. I didn’t even think of the fact that she’s trying to protect his estate. That part went right over my head. I just thought she, like many people, thought medical debt was transferable to her (it’s not.)

I am so glad you’re still alive. That could have gone sideways so quick. Thankful you’re still here and I’m so sorry you’re also a victim of this godawful “healthcare system.”
