I wish I could work on my IP more. Don’t get me wrong I’m grateful for freelance work, but the grind and stress over income, housing, and medical are just overwhelming. Let alone it’s a terrible time to work in the industry.

By writing this, I am 1000% sure I will never work for Riot. Riot Games hiring process is the worst process I have ever gone through. I've been through the Gauntlet several times, and that alone was 1 time too many. I do not recommend. It's the worst.

Sorry, I just need to vent and find answers.
I've worked for over 15 years in this industry, and I am sometimes told I don't have the experience.
I've run teams as an art director for an art outsourcing company. I've been an instructor for many schools and a guest speaker for several festivals. I need an answer. Am I blacklisted somehow? And for what?
Still, nothing. For the ones I interview with, I make it into the final rounds but never get the job. I’ve spoken to countless recruiters, and they all ghost me. I've been able to work on major motion pictures and huge franchise TV shows, and I have worked in the video game world as a freelancer.
I really need to understand. I applied less than 24 hours ago. I completely understand that the industry is in the worst shape most of us have ever seen. I've applied for jobs every week for the last two years. I've applied for jobs that I thought I would at least get an interview for.
