Pagans, and Native Americans were performing marriages, (including same sex marriages) and marriage-like ceremonies (hand-fastings) before the Bible was even conceived, and way before the story of Eden (over 6,000 years ago).

Pagans defined, and created marriage, not the Christian God, not the Bible, and not Christians.

I just need to get this off my chest. I’ve been really upset about this for such a long time. The conversation around marriage, and legality/morality came up on my timeline again.

The part about Trump's Rob Reiner post that hurts the most isn't what Trump wrote. That's par for the course. The part that really hurts is the reminder that 30% of this country supports a person that would write that. That our Supreme Court keeps giving that person more and more power. That our congress continues to allow that inhumane monster to rule our nation. That's what really hurts. The perpetual reminder that we're stuck in the upside down.

To continue to support this weak man after all he’s said & done can only be a matter of “party” over “values” (or “principles”).

The Republican Party is irretrievably broken and its members have #Ftrump & themselves to blame.
