YO CHARLIE HAS RETURNED

Basically yes
Also she looks almost exactly like my oldest daughter when she was 4 🥲
Never mind it turns out I actually really like Pragmata.
Treat or trick?
Oh... oh this plays REAL well, ok
I just saw the gif of the little girl on the skateboard. My heart.

Heir Bud
I'm not even sure if I'll like Pragmata, but it's a new single player IP priced at $60 with a 12 hour not open world campaign and no live service elements, so if nothing else I'm definitely buying it on principle.
Toothpaste should come in a jar like mayonnaise
Time for my monthly "re-learn how you convert between vectors and eulers" hell
It feels kind of like going from Myst to Riven with how much they stepped up the pre rendered backgrounds in detail.
Going from RE1 original to RE2 is such a crazy jump up in terms of polish and production value. I can see why it blew everyone away at the time.
The GoG version, so PC original
I looked this up and apparently I was supposed to wait for him to get another rope. Oops
That explains a lot
Finished RE1 original last night. Wow that ending is anticlimactic lol
Really fun time though. The remake is better on the whole but there's still a lot to appreciate in the original game.
Now I can move on to replaying 2 and 3!
I probably just haven't figured out the trick yet
Both for sure.
Well, the remake is arguably the best survival horror game of all time, but simultaneously it's also one of the more punishing ones if you aren't used to classic resident evil, so... hard to say really.
I'm playing the PC versions from Steam/GOG which I gather are based on the original Japanese release? So not Director's Cut, but I'll likely play that next time I do a og playthrough. At the very least I need to experience the basement music in action!
Also is it just me or are hunters way nastier in the original? In the remake I always just shotgun them but here they destroy me if I'm not using grenades or the magnum.
I'm playing through the original RE1 for the first time after years of playing the remake, and the differences in progression and routing are really screwing with my brain. Like, what do you mean that's where you get the armor key???
Resident Evil
Sure

The nearby Possum Town breaths a sigh of relief
I just remembered there's a character I made up awhile ago named Habinnal Lertec, who talks and acts exactly like Anthony Hopkins' Hannibal except he isn't a murderer, and everyone is terrified of being around him because he's just a phenomenally irritating person
I didn't watch it for ages because I expected it to be the sort of misery porn TV I don't enjoy but I was on board when I realized it's more like an art piece from an austere nightmare reality.
I could imagine that. The reason I started watching it is because I ran across a clip on YT some time ago and have rewatched that clip several times since, just because it's so great watching the character interaction.
I started watching the Hannibal TV show from 2013 last night and wow I've been missing out all these years. The actual procedural stuff is whatever but the acting, dialogue, and visuals are incredible.
Also maybe wasn't the best choice for a night when I was home alone lol
We will not be complying with ongoing age verification regulations.
The Universal Union's censorship agency Ofcombine, issued LambdaGeneration.com with a giant fine today.
We responded to Ofcombine with a giant Antlion today.
ps. APRIL FOOLS 🤡
As we have stated before, we will NEVER implement any form of age or identity verification on LambdaGeneration.
We have made a lot of efforts behind the scenes to ensure we are outside of jurisdictions imposing such regulations, and will continue to do so in the future.
