It commands so much presence as a lead that calling wrong on turn 1 will often leave you on the back foot for the rest of the game, and it's really easy to call wrong with so many factors going into it lol. Aerodactyl really is the best it has ever been

It's still really hard to deal with. When I'm against aero + sneasler, it's like... Which one is carrying the sash? Does the aero have wide guard? Is it just going to dual wingbeat to ohko my sneasler or will it do the obvious protect to stop my fake out and get a free turn with their own sneasler?

I tried using it in my team alongside mega floette when I actually decided to stop being lazy and lock in and get some ranks and went undefeated through all of ultra ball and skipped master ball 4 going straight into 3 LOL. It's the best tailwind setter in the game rn. It forces you to respect it

Rock slide is an honest move! If you're in a position where something is on the field out speeding your guys and freely fishing for flinches that's your problem and you have to deal with it. You'll be pleased to know aerodactyl is currently I think #7 in usage rn. It really is a beast

I'd suggest: Frosslassite as held item so it can mega evolve. Timid nature, 32 stat points in sp atk and speed, 2 points in sp def. Blizzard, shadow ball, aurora veil, protect (if playing doubles) or a coverage move of your choice (if playing singles).
