If you killed 85 children, I guess I do think a just society would tear your ribcage out. I pretty much do think that

thinking about how joyful life could be if the world wasn't controlled by power hungry demons with an unending appetite for more and inventing new types of depression

I forgot to update this while I was there oops! Had a lovely time, weather was much better than forecasted, food was great as was the company I spent time with during the week. I also willingly went in the sea which is extremely rare for me
It is once again solo travel time, which means airport pint time
This time the destination is Zadar, Croatia, and I appear to have picked the two days in September with bad weather
Please pray for the thunderstorm to go away
In fact I imagine if they turn you away from the gates of heaven you have to take a Crosscountry train to hell
There is a special place in hell for Crosscountry trains
Now at the airport about to board the plane home. My favourite band released an album 17 minutes ago so I have that downloaded and ready to go for the flight. Japan very good and I very tired
Got very drunk in Shinjuku on Monday and I've now spent our last day here on a bus tour of the Fuji area. Turns out, Fuji pretty big! Weather was cloudy at first but cleared up by mid-afternoon to allow for some lovely photos.
*feat. Can you edit these yet?
Got to see Fuji from the Shinkansen too!
I'm currently on the Shinkansen back to Tokyo where we'll remain until our flight home on Thursday. It's been a dream so far and I'm looking forward to whatever else I get to experience here
- Universal Studios Japan, which was an absolutely surreal and incredible day, especially for someone who hasn't been to a theme park in their adult life like me. Big boy rollercoasters hit different. The nightlife in Osaka is also fantastic, even if we didn't sample that much of it
- Kyoto is simply the most beautiful city I have ever seen. I was only there for 48 hours but saw and did so much in that time, the full day we spent there was one of the coolest days of my life
- Our time in Osaka was largely taken up by a visit to (cont.)
- Japan is beautiful in so many different ways, architecturally, naturally, culturally, historically
- People here are so friendly and accommodating
- Tokyo is a megacity unlike anything I've ever experienced. The fear of having a city so big, well-run and beautiful is truly impressive
Was meant to update about my trip at some point on here but I forgot cause I've been so busy. Anyway! I'm on day 10 of a two week Japan trip and it's been incredible so far:
- flying out from Heathrow for the first time made me realise how bad I've had it with using Birmingham airport for years
My arch nemesis...

My Top 10 Albums of 2024
Found it very hard to whittle this list down to 10 this year, I think I did a better job with listening to new albums than I did the year before
Some picks on here that I definitely wouldn't have expected at the start of the year, especially having a ska-punk album at #1
Another beautiful pic from two hours ago 🥰
Some lovely views in Cumbria today! 😍
Is there a real Waluigi that saves CEOs from being killed
This is my darkest hour
I’m printing this out and rolling a joint with it
