Nederlanders hebben recht op politici die eens aan de slag gaan met waar het echt om gaat. Ruimte creëren op het stroomnet, betaalbare woningen regelen in plaats van huren vrijgeven, zorgen dat jongeren niet ongeletterd afstuderen, de klimaatdoelen 2030 halen, uitbuiting tegengaan. Enz. Etc.

Ja, dit kabinet lijkt te moeten bedelen om alles.

En dit. Onze kinderhand is inmiddels snel gevuld. Dat de VVD het als een nederlaag ervaart, een gemiste kans ‘voor Nederland’, zegt alles over hoe gedehumaniseerd een goed deel van ons parlement zelf is. Zo rot als een mispel. Werk aan de winkel.
