Somewhat recently, I let my friend @hog-handler.bsky.social take control of my diet and workout routine. Results clearly speak for themselves. I’m up twenty pounds from the first pic 😳

Well I’m officially 184lbs now. Started at roughly 170 in September when I got a minor ankle injury and couldn’t run. Only been able to lift and I’m 14lbs heavier. Never felt better.
