Proud of you resourcing and not isolating. And on the days you can’t do that coffee don’t forget you made a friend who fell for you when all you did was lie on floors and cry.

Ty for checking in. I will attempt to be more present on sm this year. It got very close to us.
We evacuated and it’s a miracle our neighborhood was spared. I’m volunteering and preparing for the next high wind events. I’ll update when I’m able. Big love to you and yours. Be safe and kind everyone

I’m sorry to hear your sister passed. She made a rare contribution to alleviating human suffering. Thank you for the offer. While I respond well to bilateral stimulation the model did not have as much efficacy for me as SE and I also don’t have a degree so I don’t even qualify for the training.

My senior had a “Let’s watch the sunrise from the football field to kick off our last year,” event. 5.30am alarm. I cried when I first read the email because I’m a softie. It appears Perimenopause has a limit on actually producing tears. Now I’m over tired and awake freaking that I have a senior.
