I find him to be more of an idea than a good player, which is made scarier by his injury issues
Styles or Downs at 5, any OL (Ioane probably best given need) at 10. Absolutely can not take Tyson there imo — already have skill talent and the injury stuff is a legit concern that high
Maybe 14? which seems highly unlikely but I dont think CHI would do that rn
Proctor is kind of in “Im not sure it’s a plus that youre this big” territory. Iheanachor’s ceiling is indeed high but I think Freeling is still more impressive overall physically
LB2 in this class if he was in any other LB’s body, I want to love him so much
TJ Parker will fall to them and blow up and then everyone in hindsight will be like oh yeah of course the 3 year contributor at Clemson who is a 265 pound ass kicker is good
quite a bit. cliche but nobody looks the part more than him. length/strength/movement in space is really promising. heavy feet in tight spaces sometimes but think he’s already gotten better there and can continue to grow
This is great framing. While I do like a couple of those outliers myself, it probably will be better for the teams taking the boring B-tier prospects who fit typical NFL molds
100%. Too often we say “versatile” for guys who play everywhere because they need that to be maximized; Downs is “versatile” in that wherever you put him, the other 10 players are better for it
kind of like what Hamilton does for the Ravens
I think Tennessee has a shot to get a sick player at 4 and fix the IOL at 35
also think Houston quietly is in a power position with how many top picks they have
Like I think Nussmeier is a decent prospect but I just dont see Indy as a spot that makes sense for his timeline or the team’s roster situation
I doubt Leonard is more than a capable backup but Im not sure burning another pick right now on other low-% starter dice rolls makes any sense for them
couldn’t tell ya, I was not scouting at the time
I’d say there’s a tier break. Downs to me is just such a clean prospect and three year starter including an immediate starter for Saban goes a long way to me.
Love Thienenman though — a little greedy with his eyes at time but great mover who tackles well and has enough stopping power
Finally someone understands me
I get this kind of responce for all the teams of QBs I shill for (ie Jags)
I honestly dont know. Maybe hurt by the perception that its a weak DT class overall but I think McDonald is a top 15 player
Will? Im afraid of getting inside the mind of the Arizona Cardinals
Should? Take Reese/Styles idc
McNeil-Warren just does not make sense to me. Thought he took too many poor angles, kinda stiff. Linear H/W/S guy Im just not into
One of the Clemson DL?
I was a Ravens fan but 1) faded once football became job 2) ended when Flacco threw that pick to Duron Harmon
otherwise Im just a 100T fan in esports (which for me atp is just Siege since they left LoL)
If we’re talking first round, I’d say pass rush is generally more important both for the player and the team BUT I think the bar for passable run defense when it comes to high-end pass rushers should be higher
(looking at David Bailey for example)
I have a really hard time believing teams are willing to trade assets to get back up for a QB of his profile
no but I do think Siege is in the best spot its been in years
Caleb Downs in KC
we moved the draft. Rog was cool with it
I don’t think there’s any real reason for it. 2024 was electric. Just the ebbs and flows of it
Chicago bound for our NFL Draft live shows!
you know the drill, ask me anything
