More nurses and support workers would benefit public sector unionized workers but that's not where he's spending. Coincidence?

Developers build houses few people can afford but which will provide the developers with the maximum profit if they're sold. Govt. subsidizes the prices of the homes, costing taxpayers. Developers continue to build the same houses rather than ones more people could afford. Duh...
