Well, I worked Xmas Eve and Xmas, but I have today off. So I'm going to use it to cross some movies off The List of Shame. First up: I was upset that I missed it in theaters earlier this year. While a newer entry to The List, I'm excited to cross off PTA's ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER. #NicksListOfShame
While not especially excited, I am definitely relieved that it won't go to the N@zis running Paramount.

While BREAKING BAD et al were great, as a fan of Vince Gilligan's work on THE X-FILES, I have been waiting for his jump back into the world of sci-fi. Yo, PLURIBUS is that and so much more! I cannot wait to see more of this world and where it's all headed.

So I finally grabbed a digital TV antenna, purely to get MeTV Toons. A couple hours after connecting and it might just be the best 25 bucks I've spent so far this year!
While I am loving this season of #DanDaDan, I wholeheartedly miss the season 1 opening credits. They were just so... fun!

While I'm sure Schreier's take will be fine, I definitely feel as if we have seen enough white filmmakers' takes on the X-MEN. Considering the comic began as an allegory for the Civil Rights movement and ideologies of Malcolm X and Dr. King, a filmmaker of color may have something unique to say.
One thing I LOVE about the current Disney/BBC iteration of #DoctorWho is that me spending the last few years watching classic Who is really paying off. Too bad it's looking to be a short-lived payoff...
I am LOVING that Tom Bissell not only wrote the final three episodes of #Andor, but they're also an excellent close to the series! The dude wrote one of my favorite books about video games — #ExtraLives — then one of my favorite games, #TheVanishingOfEthanCarter. Now he's doing STAR WARS! So cool!
