A proper game of football, this one, berween a team that should have wrapped up the title already and another which should have been demoted to League One a long time ago.

Gutted, but a better performance. Could have been different if we’d taken our chances (I know, I know!) but that’s what sets champions apart. We’ve still got a chance, but whether it’s on points or goal difference the best team always wins the league.
Ok guys - I’m at the Martinelli at centre forward stage again. Happen once a year when I’m at my weakest!🤪
Pressure can burst a pipe or make a diamond………..or make our Spanish international midfielder have a metal breakdown during yesterday’s game!
The biggest question for me is why we have players like Odegaard, Havertz and Califiori that can’t play 2 games in a row without needing a month out!
I agree, yesterday was terrible. I think one of the biggest questions is how we’ve ended up with players like Odegaard, Havertz and Califiori that can’t seem to play 2 games in a row without then having a month out.
Just back from the game. Took a couple of hours after to drown my sorrows in the pub. Fatigue + Pressure + Poor tactics + Key Injuries has led us to that performance. The worst of the season in my book. Anyway, no point in having a collective breakdown about it now. On to Wednesday night’s game!
City closed of the passing lines between our defenders/GK and our midfielders very well which meant we had to go long and no-one held it up front. Can’t help feeling Arteta was a bit out coached in the 2nd half there.
City closed down the passing lines from the defence/Gk to our midfielders very well which meant we had to hit it long and up front there was no-one to hold up the ball. Hopefully Declan and co can have a few days in the sun before turning up to England next week.
Saka’s drop off this season is worrying James.
Glad I lost out in the ballot for this game! Saka’s form has been terrible over the last few months. I’d have bought Dowman on at some stage to at least give the crowd a lift.
City by far the better team. One team trying to win the game and one trying not to lose it. Bad mistake from the keeper compounded things but I didn’t have a problem with him starting.
Agree with Wrighty, we need Martinelli on for the ball over the top and Califiori on for Hincapie.
Ha ha ha ha ha cubed!
Ha ha ha ha ha squared!

Spurs playing better than Forest here…..which I don’t like!
Right, excitement building for tomorrow night’s game. Everton have a good away record. No time for nerves - Time for all of us in the ground to absolutely get behind the team.
Amazing to see how far we’ve progressed without a world class striker. Looking at Bayern, both Madrids and even Galatasaray it’s clear there’s a huge gap in class compared to what we have. Difficult to see how we progress much further based on our current style and form.
How can Chelsea let in 5 with PSG’s xG?????
Osimhen looks some player.Mobile, skillful and likes a challenge. I wonder what baggage he comes with that stopped top teams from buying him from Napoli?
Fletch is the pub bore you can’t get rid of in the pub.
Well done agent Vinai!
Porro hailing a cab so he can leave with the rest of the Spurs fans!
Watching everyone in the toilet bowl have a collective nervous breakdown - this feels so good!
Inject it into my veins
Inject it into my veins!
Trossard has not been good today - bring Martinelli on. He’ll be good against this high line!
While Gykores hasn’t been awful, he has to be stronger in one on one challenges. This isn’t the Portuguese league and the defender he’s up against is terrible.
When you shoot yourself in the foot this many times it’s not a coincidence, it’s a sign of mental weakness!
