Had my last therapy session this week. Sad it's ended as my therapist's placement came to an end but it's been incredibly helpful.

It really made me realize a lot of things, and recognize how damaging the past few years have been.

Having a cosy Sunday morning so far. Been neglecting my fantasy series for too long, so lets work on the draft!
