So...I dunno! I guess I'll just keep the stuff i really care about to myself and my friends, and stick to doodles for Bluesky. I just don't wanna feel disappointment with stuff I otherwise feel proud of, or worry that it's actually bad, or at least unappealing.

Sometimes I worry that I'll get a follower that really likes a certain piece, but then waits for me to deliver on that again but I never do. I always hesitate when posting nude or nsfw on here, since it tends to not do well. But then I think, 'but this is what I want to make, this is my art'.

Maybe if I just post sketches and not finished art, maybe if I stick to posting only one kinda thing for a while? I dunno. Ultimately, I'd prefer to share art that my followers like. I'll always make what I want, but I don't want to alienate people that like some of my stuff but not others.

I've been actually happy with my art lately, like I'm learning and getting better and making stuff I'm kind of proud of. I don't think it'll catch on here, though. Maybe I don't post enough, or maybe I'm not consistent enough to build an audience? I hope it's not because my art is actually bad.

It's sad, yes. But it feels nice to discover someone with a massive amount of talent and you get to watch em grow bit by bit :D
