Please. I'm begging. Don't cold message someone with just "Hello" and nothing following up. It puts the other person on edge, makes them less inclined to answer. Just type out the entire message. Use the Inigo Montoya method.

My blood feud with Vallejo paints continues. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they're so universally beloved while I've only ever had terrible experiences with them.

It shouldn't be possible for a paint to be runny, bubbly, AND still clog details...

Oh I had a good experience after that to verify I still like anime, but I got sidetracked from that one.

What made the bad experience worse is that I was applying my "5 episode sample" method. Usually that's enough to show off anything that could grab you.

I need to get back to watching Outlaw Star.

After a recent bad experience with anime, I took a break and wondered if I'm just old and hate anime now. 😅
