Female Malat1-/- mice demonstrated altered Th2 cytokine expression, evidenced by a reduction in IL-10+ Th2 cells in both lung and spleen, while male Malat1-/- mice did not, revealing Malat1 as a novel determinant of immune sexual dimorphism. Read more: ow.ly/RgN050XQCz8.
