AEG Owner Phil Anschutz Is Still Donating to Causes Promoting Anti-LGBTQ Beliefs AEG owner Philip Anschutz donated $1,020,000 to two organizations that made public statements against LGBTQ people -- Colorado Christian University and the Sky Ranch Christian camping organization.

The owner of Coachella is a right-wing nationalist and gives lots of money to anti-LGBT organizations.

I truly have the best people in my life. Had a rough day a couple weeks ago and friends ding-ding-ditched a little gift basket. Had a hard day yesterday and woke up to breakfast delivery. I don’t know what I did to deserve these people but I’m sure glad I did it.

BACKFLIPS BONANAZA STARTS TOMORROW! @lizringo.bsky.social planned a surprise polycule getaway for us. She put together a PowerPoint with corresponding Google Form and presented it for our bdays (me and the dudes are all December). We got to choose options for locations, amenities, consumables, etc.

God, I feel like a Karen but if I’m paying $15 a ticket to see a movie (especially this one that was particularly auditory), let me enjoy my experience please.

And Alamo has gotten rid of the paper so you have to scan a QR code to report someone. How is that any less disruptive? And what happens if someone reports me for using my phone while I’m trying to report someone else?

PSA: if you want to talk and text while watching a movie, please stay at home. Started at Cinemark and moved to Alamo to see one movie and there were people having full-voice conversations during it at both.

It’s Paul Wall Day!

I find it endlessly funny that my first time at Billy Bob’s in Ft Worth is to see Paul Wall, Mike Jones, and Slim Thug.

This is gonna be an excellent month for live music. Tonight is Nine Inch Nails, next Thursday is Paul Wall/Slim Thug/Mike Jones and then the following Sunday is Gogol Bordello. And I’ll actually be in town for all three!
