Sometimes taking a walk and feeling fresh air in your face can make you feel better, though if you don't have energy to go out, looking through a window can do the job. Little by little start doing things that bring you joy, like maybe doodling on a notebook. Please take care!

I used to have depression so I can understand how you feel. Moreover, the guilt you may feel when you're not doing what you're supposed to do just contributes to that feeling... So besides visiting a therapist, I'd say taking some days for yourself in order not to feel that guilt.
