I don’t know enough to even formulate a joke but modular voltages are pretty hot. I understand better what’s going on here now. My brain saw that and at first said: “whoah, 3.5mm TS, they’re modulating M3R parameters with a eurorack. Why?” But kinda clever given the alternative of menu diving.

That is amazing! It really would have been slick with the patch bay on the faceplate but oh well. Where does one start with circuit bending for modular to digital? Do you build a daughterboard with the DACs? Is the bending piggybacking on an existing interface like MIDI?

Nice! The dual dagger went splendidly save that the resonance control doesn’t seem to affect the low pass filter. Very odd.

Pretty easy build as kits go. All soldering is through-hole large components.

I’m deep into scouring the internet for workable gig bags for my #modularsynth rigs. It’s hard to just query “foam padded bag 28 inches x 9 inches x whatever”…et al and get usable results. I did find a pretty decent bag that’s intended for a 30” telescope…most promising candidate. Room for more hp.

Maybe help them start a gambling habit too? Lol…j/k. My kid already surfs Amazon for stuffed animals, can’t imagine her finding out about the Mutable clone market. But seriously—for a kid to enjoy synths I think they need some immediate payoff, like a beatbox or something that starts a song concept.
