Isekai is best when it’s centered around love for a niche topic and this one had a lot of fun with the Sentai x Isekai setup. Red was a pun main character and it showed a lot of love for tokusatsu. Hope for a season 2!

I think that Roo managed to get into Heaven (maybe via Lilith and possessed Adam to make sure the Exterminations happened

The other is Angel Dust, Adam shouldn't really know who Angel is but the eyes all over Hell are being used by someone (many believe to be Roo) and could have been telling Adam what's been going on

My only bits of evidence are his skin being an unusual gray colour that don't match any Winner or Angels skin (aside from the Exorcists but the where made only for the Exterminations) and matches the skin Roo had a similar colour and even wears the helmet in Heaven as if he is hiding it
