I work in IT. It sounds like you lucked out and your call went to 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝑔𝓊𝓎. There's a whole office full of underpaid new hires dealing with decades of terrible documentation to dig through, and then there's 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝑔𝓊𝓎, who has been there for years and just knows all the answers. What a chad.

Something that I've come to realize about myself is that I 𝙖𝙢 emotionally susceptible to power metal solos, and I will 𝙣𝙤𝙩 be apologizing for it.
