Humanity — pause, reflect, and ask what the hell are we doing?
Dismantling DOE? The system wasn’t perfect but completely dismantling it seems reckless. THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES FOR VOTING. With the layoffs and gutting of critical agencies, there’s maybe one person in Washington who looks out for the little guy that’s the janitor cleaning the Washington Monument.
If we allow this, class sizes will soar, special education will be cut, job training programs will disappear, and college will get even more expensive—just to start.

A colorful digital illustration featuring four mismatched striped socks hanging on a rope, clipped with wooden pegs. The socks have bright rainbow colors, symbolizing World Down Syndrome Day. Between the socks, a blue and yellow awareness ribbon is displayed. The background features a light world map, emphasizing the global nature of the day. Above the socks, “21 March” is written, while “World Down Syndrome Day” is displayed in bold black letters below the illustration.

Having worked with kids with Down syndrome, I can say they hold a special place in my heart. Their joy, kindness, and pure love for life are something we can all learn from. 🥰
