In the 1970s, No.3 'BIA' was painted into her original Woodstone Works Green. Not much could be done for her, since modified, appearance. During steam tests, a volunteer snapped this scene of her without the tank or cab roof. As close to original condition as she would look in the modern day. A water hose has been attached to her waste pipe to supply the boiler during these tests.

Bia, sporting a "makeover" to resemble her old self.

Boiler Tests during her 1972 overhaul had Bia looking like her Woodstone Works appearance, with fresh green paint and her saddle tank awaiting attention.
