I feel bad enough boarding my 🐱, then the tech had to say “ah, the spicy girl” when she picked him up. She got his gender wrong, but more importantly, I’ve learned he’s very upset/resistant when I leave him there. I know he’s not going to be thrilled, but I was hoping he dealt with it a bit better.
